1.概況與原理Overview and principle
DZS-300F/450F制動器(簡稱制動器)是在電源切斷或電路故障后通過彈簧施加壓力,通過摩擦而達到制動作用,為一種電磁安全制動器。

制動原理:制動器斷電時,推力彈簧(3)壓緊銜鐵(7),制動盤(9)被夾緊在銜鐵(7)和安裝聯(lián)結座(10)之間,制動扭矩通過制動盤的齒圈(9)和齒輪套(8)傳遞到傳動系統(tǒng)中。

3.裝配條件Assembly condition
1)電機軸相對于安裝孔節(jié)距圓的偏心不能過0.2mm。

2)安裝面與電機軸的跳動公差不能過0.08mm。

3)齒輪套(6)和軸配合選擇要避免齒輪套(6)變形,齒輪會導致制動盤(3)卡在齒輪套(6)上,由此導致制動故障。

4)制動盤(9)和制動面一定不能有油或脂。

4.安裝Installation
1)將齒輪套(8)安裝到電機軸上,配平鍵,并軸向固定。

2)將安裝螺栓(2)用鎖緊螺母(1)固定在安裝聯(lián)結座(10)上,暫不鎖緊。

3)將安裝聯(lián)結座(10)通過螺釘(11)安裝固定在電機蓋上,鎖緊牢固。
Will install the connection seat (10) through screws (11) fixed in the motor cover, locking securely.
4)將制動盤(9)裝配到齒輪套(8)上,并能軸向自由滑動。

5)磁軛組件(6)、銜鐵(7)、推力彈簧(3)已通過釋放螺釘(12)(共3只)組裝成一整體,不需拆卸。

6)在上述5)整體組件套裝在安裝螺栓(2)上,旋入鎖緊螺母(5),暫不鎖緊,將鎖緊螺母(1)鎖緊。

5.氣隙的調(diào)整Air-gap adjustment |
1)氣隙是通過鎖緊螺母(5)來調(diào)節(jié)的,旋緊(順時針)時氣隙漸小,反之氣隙漸大。

2)將螺母(4)順時針旋到氣隙調(diào)整不干涉的位置。

3)制動器安裝氣隙為0.8mm,旋動鎖緊螺母(5)將6個0.8mm的塞尺或厚度為0.8mm未變形的金屬片夾緊在磁軛組件(6)和銜鐵(7)之間,塞尺的位置盡量靠近安裝螺栓(2),微微松開鎖緊螺母(5),以正好抽出塞尺止(盡量少松)。

4)反時針鎖緊雙螺母(4),可靠固定磁軛組件(6)位置。

5)用0.8mm塞尺測量制動器氣隙,當氣隙不均勻時需重新調(diào)整,按上述第3)方法在相應氣隙不正確的安裝螺栓(共6個)處逐個調(diào)整,直到達到標準值為止。
