一．應(yīng)用范圍

本儀器用于將氣態(tài)樣品批量自動(dòng)-進(jìn)樣至氣體分析儀。進(jìn)樣點(diǎn)位數(shù)量高度定制化，可加掛多6個(gè)采樣氣袋。樣品氣被一臺(tái)真空泵由氣袋輸送至分析儀中的氣體進(jìn)樣閥中。

This instrument is used to automatically sample gaseous samples into the gas analyzer. The number of sample points is highly customized, and up to 6 sample air bags can be added. The sample gas is transported by a vacuum pump from the air bag to the gas sample valve in the analyzer.

二．儀器特點(diǎn)

1.多位選擇閥，可進(jìn)行6位氣袋進(jìn)樣。

2.能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對(duì)各品*儀進(jìn)行自動(dòng)進(jìn)樣控制，提高分析效率。支持的包括但不限于安捷倫、美國(guó)熱電、PE、島津等。

The auto sampler is compatible with multiple analyzer brands, including

Agilent, Thermo, PE, Shimadzu and etc.

3.具備彩色液晶顯示屏，能夠清楚的顯示儀器系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)

Instrument status clearly indicate at instument panel and analyzer, sampling or

idle.

4.進(jìn)樣口為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)1/8”穿板卡套接頭，更可根據(jù)用戶需求定制。

Standard 1/8” bulkhead connections, can be customized according to user

needs.

5.自動(dòng)吹掃，反吹系統(tǒng)， 減少交叉污染

Auto system purge/ backflush function to prevent cross contamination.

6.使用真空隔膜泵進(jìn)樣，確保*的進(jìn)樣重現(xiàn)性。

Use diaphragm vacuum pump, ensure repeatability.

7.使用外徑為1/16”的樣品管路連接至分析儀的氣體進(jìn)樣閥。

8.實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)樣全自動(dòng)化，提高分析效率。

9.可控制進(jìn)樣順序、重復(fù)次數(shù)、單次進(jìn)樣時(shí)長(zhǎng)、反吹時(shí)長(zhǎng)，顯示當(dāng)前進(jìn)樣狀態(tài)等。
